LDOS

To celebrate the end of September here is an awesome song. That is all. Have a great weekend.

Florence

Two remixes of Florence + The Machine's Shake It Out. Benny Benassi "takes Florence to the club" in a good way and the Weeknd gives it a really chill vibe. Is ti just me or is Florence kind of scary?

Shake It Out (Benny Benassi Remix)- Florence + The Machine

Why So Serious?

Tiesto is a machine. I feel like this guy turns out a new song or remix every other week. Not to mention the fact that he's always on tour.

Live Skrillex?

Verdict is still out on this one for me. Overall I think they did a sick job trying to cover the song. In case you're wondering how they make the "whomp" sound, it's the blue pick on the bassists finger. It's super special.

And We Have A Winner...

Kaskade held a remix competition for his song "Raining" featuring Adam K. This is the winning entry submitted by PIXL. Better than the original?

Some Dub

We got solid dubstep tracks to finish off the night. First there's a Feed Me track that got overlooked a while back called Pink Lady. Definitely has some interesting vocals at the beginning and the end. Also found a good Gucci Gucci remix by R!U!O!K!. It's got some solid womp but still all the good parts of the original

Pink Lady (Original Mix)- Feed Me

Gucci Gucci (R!U!O!K! Remix)- Kreayshawn

Big Sean Round 2

As much as The Kid doesn't like Moombahton I thought even he should give this one a chance. It's the second day in a row with a Big Sean theme to it. This time D!rty Aud!o comes in with their version of Dance (A$$). Maybe this will give some people a little different feel for Moombahton.

Ass (D!rty Aud!o Moombahton Bootleg)- Big Sean

VISION

Another dawn, another day.

Today for your listening pleasure we have a new tune from dubstep remix kings Noisia. This time though it's an original work of theirs that I'm posting. It's a great song so make sure to give it a listen. Noisia is "Vision" upside down and backwards if you didn't already know.

Tommy's Theme (Original Mix) - Noisia

Whipped and Mashed

Gotta love it when some solid rap mixes so well with such a sick beat. Especially when mashed up by smokeshows. The Jane Doze are back with Bullshittin On My Coffee Break. Big fan of Big Sean and everything I've ever heard from Zed's dead is good. Big Sean's flow goes almost perfectly and the Doze even do a good job with Zed's vocals.

Bullshittin On My Coffee Break

Bangarang

New Skirllex just dropped today, sweetness. The extended edit probably just means that the original preview Skrillex put up was only 2 minutes, and then PockX just edited the song to repeat itself. It sounds pretty smooth though, you can't really tell.

Bangarang (PockX Extended Edit) - Skrillex

We Back!

As the sun crests the tops of the trees, the birds begin to chirp welcoming the new day. Johnny rolls out of bed, he is tired but excited for the new week. His computer lies open on the rich mahogany desk that was passed down to him from his grandfather. His fingers type away furiously at the keys, dancing across the keyboard as if shadowing Suzanne Farrell's gracefulness in Diamonds. Yes, he is here, he has found it, but could it be real? Yes.

New Music.

Tough Times

Looks like we got ourselves another slow weekend. Rather than leave you with nothing, I thought I would post a nice little diddy that is perfect for Sunday chillin.

Friday Funday

Happy Friday. Two chiller songs to take you into the weekend. First off is another Captain's Cut Remix, this time to Apartment by Young the Giant. I'm feeling the softer style of it. Also a sick Paper Diamond original called Can We Go Up. Really like the vocals and has a solid drop around 1 minute.

Apartment (Captain's Cut Remix)- Young the Giant

Can We Go Up- Paper Diamond

Miscellaneous

Some more new Wolfgang Gartner and a solid progressive Alex Metric song for you today. First we have Wolfgang Gartner and Eve together on Get Em. Really solid track with the sounds you come to expect from Gartner.
Also have Raveageddon from Alex Metric. Very progressive and for some reason I'm liking the chipmunk vocals with it.

Get Em (Feat. Eve)- Wolfgang Gartner

Raveageddon- Alex Metric

Coldplay + Avicii

Avicii recently started playing a new remix of Coldplays "Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall", which took the vocals from that and mashed it with another one of his new songs, "Revolver" - Philter (Avicii Remix). Yeah I know it sounds kind of confusing but it doesn't matter because the end result is amazing. He usually takes a long time to release tracks so who knows when we'll get an HQ drop of this...

Amadeus Mozart Wolfgang Gartner

Two fantastic tracks off of Wolfgang Gartner's new EP "Weekend In America". If you're a hard electro fan then these are a must DL.

Foster's Freeze

Been looking for a Pumped Up Kicks remix for a while and this is definitely the best I've found so far. Bridge & Law, an 18 year old guy from Montreal, gives a solid funk beat to it and the high synth is a really nice touch.

Pumped Up Kicks (Bridge & Law Remix)- Foster the People

Jet Force Gemini

This orchestral dubstep tune reminds me of Nero's older songs. The piano and the strings combine with the dub to create a truly epic atmosphere. Even if you don't like dubstep, give this one a listen.

Graduation - Gemini

Drinking and Drugs

Two solid songs to get you through Monday studying. First is a solid progressive from Sander Van Doorn called Drink to Get Drunk. Feel free to do that while listening.
Also have a sick remix of Hail Social's Heaven by Designer Drugs. It's got a disco funk feel to it and is totally worth a listen.

Drink to Get Drunk (Album Mix)- Sander van Doorn

Heaven (Designer Drugs Remix)- Hail Social

Blink

This is usually Saus's cup'o tea but I figured I'd post a few tracks now. Saus will be back later to post some of his favorites. Anyways, Blink 182's new album "Neighborhoods" leaked about 2 weeks early. These are NOT 320. Most of them are at 270 which is as good as it's gonna get until the CD actually gets released. Don't complain.

Ghost on the Dance Floor - Blink 182

Natives - Blink 182

After Midnight - Blink 182

Child's Play

Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino is one of the funniest people out there right now. He's also just a crazy lyricist with his rap and one of the first releases from his upcoming EP just dropped. Pretty damn good. If the whole EP is like Bonfire, it's going to be dirty.

Bonfire- Childish Gambino

As a bonus, here's a Dj D.veloped mashup with Childish, Weezer and Biggie

Childish Games - Dj D.veloped

The Eagles

I've got two fantastic progressive tracks to start off your week. The first is a new single from Eric Prydz. He's back with his signature trance-like tone for a more laid back house jam. The next is Sander van Doorn's first single off of his new album "Eleve11". I'll have more from his album as the week continues, hopefully this will give you a good taste of what's to come.

2Night - Eric Prydz

Lucid Dream

Hands down one of the best progressive house tunes I've heard in awhile. The string-synth brings me back to early 2000 trance. Great main-room dance tune.

Midnight Life

Some fresh White Panda for you this afternoon. It's a mashup of M83's Midnight City and Kanye's Good life. Looks like White Panda's looking at a little less mainstream stuff for once. Definitely a good combo.

New Pretty Lights!

Jeez. The amount of new music that dropped today is unreal. To make this day even more glorious here is a new Pretty Lights track.

I Know The Truth - Pretty Lights

All The Lights

No, not All of the lights. He's an upcoming artist in the progressive house scene. Here is one of his newest singles "Chasing Colours" remixed by Ian Carey. Also have a bonus Hardwell remix for y'all.

Chasing Colours (Ian Carey Remix) - All The Lights

In The Air (Hardwell Remix) - Morgan Page, Sultan, Ned Shepard & BT Ft. Angela McCluskey

More Spitfire

First off, you should just buy the whole album here:
http://www.beatport.com/release/spitfire/674313. It's worth it.

But if you want to be cheap, here are what I think are the two best songs on it. Spitfire (Original Mix) and Unison (Knife Party Remix) are both fire. By now you should have basically the whole thing so listen and enjoy

Spitfire (Original Mix)-Porter Robinson

Unison (Knife Party Remix)- Porter Robinson

New Kaskade!

Kaskade has been playing this new jam at ID festival for the past few weeks. First we get "Eyes" and now this? This guy is on fire!

SPITFIRE

Wow. Porter Robinson's new EP "Spitfire" dropped today and it is amazing. The Hard-Electro is at full form throughout the whole CD and every track brings something new. Here are a few of my favorites. Enjoy!

Unison (Original Mix) - Porter Robinson

Vandalism (Original Mix) - Porter Robinson feat. Amba Shepherd

The Seconds (Original Mix) - Porter Robinson feat. Jano

A little bit harder than the original.

Unison (Mikkas Remix) - Porter Robinson

J.U.S.T.I.C.E.

Still can't find a HQ version of this song but thought that I'd post the music video for it. Enjoy

Throwbacks

Got two solid songs on this Tuesday. First another from the Disco Fries with their remix of You Make Me Feel by Cobra Starship. Definitely a solid club track that makes sense at any DP you got going on.

Make Me Feel (Disco Fries Remix)- Cobra Starship Ft. Sabi

Followed by a real throwback by Crookers and the Chemical Brothers called The Salmon Dance. Brings you back a little on a really shitty weekday.

Salmon Dance (Crookers Remix)- The Chemical Brothers

Hi Scandinavia! + Vocals

Matisse & Sadko took their smash hit house jam "Hi Scandinavia!" and added some sweet vocals.

Skrillex Funkt-Out

New Skrillex Woot!

With this latest remix Skrillex tones back the intensity of the dub to give us a very dutch-dub-house, funky sound. I for one welcome this nice change. I'm all for the heavy hitting dub songs, but it's nice to mix it up. This is definitely gonna be on repeat the next few days.

One Last Ride

Some truly beautiful progressive house from John Dahlback.

One Last Ride (Extended Original Mix) - John Dahlback feat. Erik Hassle

Asco

Have an Asco Bootleg to Deadmau5's classic Raise Your Weapon. It's really well done and definitely lives up to the original.

Rainbows! Dolphins! Other Things!

You know that song on your Ipod that you're afraid everyone will see? Don't lie, we all have one. I can say I am moderately embarrassed that I have become absolutely obsessed with this song. I'm hoping that by listening to it so much it will become old and I won't like it anymore. Luckily I found a remix that makes it slightly more acceptable. WARNING if you are an avid fan of dubstep or hard electro DO NOT LISTEN.

Try not to judge.

Here is the remixed version by Klaypex.

Sleep To Dream (Klaypex Remix) - Swimming With Dolphins

Original in case you're curious.

Colour

I'd never heard of Subscape before but apparently he's pretty big in the UK. What I love so much about his sound is that he leans towards the more melodic type of dubstep. Instead of having the whomp front and center it's used more to bring out the driving lead synth. The classic samples are also a very nice touch.

Colour My World - Subscape

Moombahtwho?

I'm not gonna lie, this isn't really my cup of tea. As an avid fan of electronic music I try my best to keep my eyes and ears open to new music. I would be doing you a disservice if I didn't post a song just because it may not be my favourite.

So. Moombahton.

Most of you are probably thinking, "moombahtwho?", clever right. Moombahton is a new-ish style of dub-esque electro that is breaking through into mainstream electronica. It's signature reggaeton beat and jungle-ish sounds truly set it apart from the rest of the scene. Now, just because I said it wasn't my favorite doesn't mean I don't like it. You may not like it on your first few listens, but give it a chance, I bet it'll grow on you.

Here is a perfect example of Moombahton from a duo who is breaking out big in LA.

Talk Trash (Original Mix) - Market Price

Robotic Pirate Monkey

New song by one of my favorites. Some dubstep with Latin flare by Robotic Pirate Monkey. It's called Rio Del Fuego and even has some Heart sample in it for a little retro flare.

Rio Del Feugo- Robotic Pirate Monkey

Princes and Queens

In honor of Freddie Mercury's 65th birthday a lot of companies and brands have been coming out with tributes. For example Google had that little doodle thing on it's homepage for the whole day. If you're Gramatik, you make a DIRTY remix of Queens "Princes Of The Universe".

Princes Of The Glitch Universe - Gramatik Vs. Queen

Next song is a powerful Euro-house anthem. Diggin' the vocals.

Around The World (DJ Amor Remix) - Mike Candy feat. David Deen

Glitchdick

All names aside, Glitchdick is THE MAN. I liked the Here Tonight remix so much the other night I decided to check out what else he has and I really liked most of it. I got a sick 3 sick remixes of his for you to start off humpday. His Bulletproof brings the glitch hard and has a sick baseline. His remix of Skrillex's All I ask of You takes better advantage of the vocals than the original and has a sick first drop. Keeping with big name producers, his Seek Bromance remix is definitely heavier than the original but in a good way. First sponsored artist? I think so.

Bulletproof (Christian the Lion Glitchdick Remix)- La Roux

All I Ask of You (Christian the Lion Glitchdick Remix)- Skrillex

Seek Bromance (Christian the Lion Glitchdick Remix)- Tim Berg

REAL Heavy

Nothing goes with pouring down rain like some heavy dubstep. Starting off with a really dark one by Caspa called Sir Rock a Lot. Starts off intense and doesn't really ever let up. I also  have an Excision & Datisk tune called Deviance. It's a lot less intense and you should still be able to still hear base after listening to it.

Sir Rock A Lot (Original Mix)- Caspa

Deviance (Original Mix)- Excision & Datsik

Calling Bootleg

Just found a sick bootleg by Dj Oli Geir of Sebastian Ingrosso's and Alesso's "Calling". All he did was add some vocals, but that doesn't mean it's not good. If you're a fan of the original give this one a listen.

I Found Calling (Dj Oli Geir Re-Boot) - Sebastian Ingrosso & Alesso vs Axwell

Sneaky Sound

Sneaky Sound Systems newest song "Big" just got the treatment from John Dahlback, and man does it sound sweet.

Nervo + Hook + Sling

Here's the most recent remix of Nervo's "We're All No One". This time Hook N Sling tried his hand at this progressive house masterpiece. The result is pretty sick to say the least.

We're All No One (Hook N Sling Remix) - Nervo feat Afrojack and Steve Aoki

Randos

Got two songs completely different from each other but both great. First there's DB by French producer Nt89. You can tell he helps out the Bloody Beetroots, it's got the same dark, kind of spazzy feel. Wait until 2:00 minutes, it's worth it.

DB- Nt89

Also got a newish track with Laidback Luke and Example called natural disasters. This is the vocal mix. Pretty standard, but the vocals are actually pretty good.

Natural Disaster (Vocal Mix)- Laidback Luke vs. Example

Also if anyone knows where to get a high quality download of Audio, Video, Disco hit us up. Posted the video a while back but now only can find streaming or 128 versions and I'm not messing with that.

Viva Las Vegas

Chuckie's new anthem dropped today. I'm loving the guitar riff mixed with the synth.

What Happens In Vegas (Club Mix) - Chuckie feat. Gregor Salto
