I have some always chill Pretty Lights to start off the summer here. Both Hot Like Dimes and I Can See It In Your face have the standard Pretty Lights feel everyone's come to expect from him. The radio hit Not Over You also got a major overhaul in the Leventina Club Bootleg and is dope. The theme today is collabs from some of the biggest names around. Laidback Luke just came out with a sick track featuring Chuckie and Martin Solveig. That's a lot of fire on one track and they don't disappoint. A little back Tiesto and Hardwell combined to make an epic remix of The Naked and Famous' Young Blood. Breathes new life into the song. Pretty Lights has also released a new track and it's gold just like always. Solid beat that you can sit and just chill to.

It's the God damn Catalina Rhyme Mixers

I could honestly care less how the Catalina Rhyme Mixers sound, with a name like that I'm going to listen to them regardless. Luckily their straight ballers. I give you 2 of theirs with more a electro feel to them since that's what this blog is.

First there Midnight Munch. Sick dance track; takes a bunch of dance songs and adds a sicker electro beat to them

Then we have Alien Thievery. The Glitch Mob goes perfectly with Katy Perry for some reason. Not as upbeat but good nonetheless.

Pretty Lights at Bonaroo

Pretty Lights dropped a new song at Bonaroo. Fucking. Amazing. It's got the heavy dubstep with the same riffs and womps that set him apart. There isn't a real version of it yet so we just got the youtube video of it but it's almost better to watch it. The lights at his show are great.

New Pretty Lights

This guy is basically the definition of chill dubstep. This is his first release of 2011 and it's a mashup of Nirvana, Radiohead, and Nine Inch Nails. You never get more than a line or two of any one song at a time but all of them go throughout. Definitely should be watching something crazy while listening to this.
