Got a new Deadmau5, Pretty Lights, and Benny Benassi remix on this fine Wednesday afternoon. First off here's a standard new Deadmau5 track, Where My Keys. Takes a while to build up but it's worth it.
Where My Keys (Original Mix)-Deadmau5
Follow this with a sick remix to Pretty Lights classic Finally Moving. Shane Martz focuses on the vocals and adds some sick womp.
Finally Moving (Shane Martz Remix)- Pretty Lights
Finally we have Benny Benassi's Rain Over Me Remix. Standard Benny and pretty good.
Kids these days with their crazy producer names. Regardless, this track is nuts. I would classify this as hard-electro/dubsteb although it is officialy called drumstep, whatever that is. Vocals are great, drop is sick, overall great tune. Enjoy.
Here Tonight (Christian The Lion ft. Glitchdick Remix) - Darren Styles
2 more songs for y'all today. First is a straight house banger remixed by the incredible Hard Rock Sofa. The vocals are so-so but everything else about the song is awesome. The next song is a sweet chillectro tune by Joni. Guitar is mint. Enjoy the rest of the day my friends.
Don't Cry (Hard Rock Sofa Remix) - Kid Massive & Mark Le Sal
Coyote Kisses. A name that is about to become HUGE. They just came out with a great new song we got here and it's called Acid Wolfpack. I really can't find anyway to describe it. It's just too damn good. For some reason I just keep thinking about Bare Noize's Wonderman when I listen to it. But this may very well be my new favorite song.
Acid Wolfpack-Coyote Kisses
As a bonus, here's an older song of their's that hasn't gotten a ton of love but its really sick as well:
Wow. What a tune. For a relatively underground producer like Adam K this song has huge potential. The reason I mention Deadmau5 in the post title is because the sounds that Adam K uses remind of some of Deadmau5's new stuff. The pulsing synth, the speed up slow down, and the beat drop all remind me of Deadmau5. This may be a bold statement but I think this is better then any of his recent stuff. The amazing chord progression that slowly builds up creates a truly awesome atmosphere. Wait until the song picks up around 2:30 to make judgment. This track is in my top 10 house songs of all time.
Older track but the music video is relatively new so I figured I'd bring it back. It's great dubstep and the vocals aren't as bullshit as they can tend to get in these kind of songs. It never drops that hard but it's just a sick.
A couple of Mashups to start off the week. First up we got one called Dubsex by 3LAU. Real solid use of Promises as a backdrop for some girl vocals. These all kinda just remind me of vocal remixes of the normal song.
Dubsex (Skrillex & Nero vs. Britney Spears vs. Daft Punk vs. Posner)- 3LAU
Next one is Teenage in the Air by Tristan Garner. Never heard of him but I like Axwell and Adrian Lux so its a good song.
Teenage in the Air (Axwell vs. Adrian Lux vs. Sander Van Doon)- Trevor Garner
Finally there's Who Dat Blessed Girl by Jeff Rowe. Blessed is one of my favorite songs ever and the Flo Rida/Akon vocals match it well.
Please enjoy the wide variety of tunes I have posted for you this lovely Monday morning. Instead of posting them separately I thought I'd just do one huge post. Yay.
To start us off we have the full 320 release of Arty's "Kate". The preview he posted a month ago on youtube has been one of the most played songs on my itunes. You don't know how happy I am to finally be able to listen to the full quality release. If you are new to trance then this is the perfect track to start with.
Kate (Original Mix) - Arty
Another track that we heard a preview of a while ago has just been released. The full remix of "Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall" by the SHM is a beast of a song. The Swedish trio's signature pulsing synth sounds epic.
Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall (Swedish House Mafia Remix) - Coldplay
For all my hard-electro fans out there I've got the new Dada Life song "Happy Violence". It hits hard right from the start and doesn't let up.
Happy Violence (Original Mix) - Dada Life
This next tune has to be the most interesting Dubsteb song I've heard in the a while. The singer has a very interesting early 20's sound to her voice. Be prepared for the insane drop around 1:10.
Raindrops (Original Mix) - Fytch & Captain Crunch ft. Carmen Forbes
Lastly we have a new track off of Hardwell's label by Ianick and Alex Minerva. If you love progressive house then you have to download this track.
I'm lovin the sound of Nero's newest single off their recently released album "Welcome Reality". The Dubsteb-electro-funky tune makes it sound like the child of Skrillex and Madeon. Hopefully y'all enjoy it as much as I do. Cheers.
Another new pretty lights song for you along with a little older one that we never posted. The new one's a sick remix of a ton of Led Zeppelin songs. Somehow the dude works his magic and makes them sound sick.
Then we got a Summertime remix he did. It's a little late but it'll let you reminisce.
I posted a preview for Nervo's second single a little while back and it garnered quite a bit of attention. So without further ado, here is the full release. Enjoy!
We're All No One - Nervo (Afrojack, Steve Aoki & Cheyenne Giles Edit)
Fedde Le Grand's newest tune "So Much Love" has all the ingredients of a sick house jam. Pulsing synth, classic vocals, hard hitting beat. Enjoy blasting this one tonight.
Two unrelated but equally awesome songs for you today. First we got a new White Panda mashup called Your Woman. They take a sick beat from an underrated 90's song and mix it with the ever solid Dorrough.
Then there's Lil Wayne's Fly By Night R3K Remix. It's a little old but nonetheless a great song that you should start bumpin.
I've got a pair of remixes for you on this lovely Wednesday. Skylar Grey's silky vocals complement the pulsing synths in both of the remixes below. I can't decide which one I like better because they're both amazing.
Two sick dubstep remixes by the Adventure Club. Put their Crave You remix up a while ago which was absolute fire. Here we got the Jeezy classic Put On and Daisy by Brand New. Never heard the original but I like it nonetheless. Dissonant noise at its finest.
Put On (Adventure Club Remix)- Young Jeezy Ft. Kanye West
I've got two absolute BANGERS for you this morning. First off we have the up and coming Tim Mason remixing the RHCP's "Otherside". Mason has already established himself in the house community with great tunes like "Open Your Eyes" and "The Moment". This track takes his production to a whole different level. Then of course we have a new track by the man named Sonny Moore. Apparently this has been his opener for the past few weeks, so some of you may recognize it.
Otherside (Tim Mason Remix) - Red Hot Chili Peppers
By now about 90% of Guetta's new album has leaked. Some of it is good, most of it is not. Here are two new tracks that I feel are some of the best. "Glasgow" is straight up electro. It has a hard hitting, dirty sounding synth that I'm diggin. "Night Of Your Life" is for sure a future radio banger.
Glasgow (Original Mix) - David Guetta
Night Of Your Life (Original Mix) - David Guetta feat. Jennifer Hudson
Nothing better then just laying back on a Sunday afternoon. Usually nothing new drops on the last day of the week, fortunately for us though we've got a sick remix from Promise Land. Have a good one.
You Found Me (Promise Land Miami 305 Mix) - Dim Chris feat Amanda Wilson
Talk about heavy. Skrillex's latest dubsteb anthem could be his most intense yet. Be prepared for heavy drops, demon screams, and quite possibly a few headaches. Only listen if you like hard, and I mean HARD, dubstep. Be careful.
Due to previous "altercations" with Mr. Pixel Cheese, I feel obliged to post all of his material regardless of quality. Lucky for us this bootleg is sick.
Till Sunshine (Pixel Cheese Bootleg) - David Guetta & Avicii vs. Laidback Luke
This new remix by DBN is well on its way to passing the original on the charts...and it just got released today. The synth is untouchable. Make sure to blast this tune tonight as we celebrate the arrival of another weekend.
Ok. This time I know that it's real. Avicii has been playing this song for a while now and I have been praying for its release. I don't think the full 320 has been leaked yet, so for now this will have to make do. Enjoy my friends.
Sick track that just came to my attention. Gramatik's Who Got Juice. It sounds a lot like Pretty Lights. Literally could just be the same dude. Whoever it is, it's a sick song with some solid synth throughout.
Posted something by these guys a while back and found this track the other day so I thought I'd post it. It's by the Jane Doze and called Forever 27. It's a mashup of a ton of famous artists that died at 27 (So they're forever 27, get it? Funny joke). It's a nice chill listening song and pretty sobering to see how common it is for all these guys to die at the same age. Enjoy it.
When I was browsing the interwebs for new music this morning, I stumbled upon a very interesting track...Word on the street is that this may be the theme for the Sun City Music Festival. After hours and hours of research I have come to the conclusion that this is probably fake. Regardless, it still is an amazing track. If anyone knows who the real artist is make sure to pm me.
Morphine (Suncity Festival Official Anthem) - Avicii?
Got some great tunes for you on this lovely Thursday afternoon. First track is from Rabbit Killer who has been slowly making a name for himself in the electro community. This remix by Freefire is a hard-hitting, electro jem. The second track is a great remix of David Guetta's Titanium by eSQUIRE. Enjoy!
I used to really hate LMFAO. Not gonna lie, I really hated their earlier stuff. Then they released Party Rock and I was like, Oh ok this isn't that bad. Then DJs From Mars come along and remix/mash it up and it becomes an unbelievable tune. Check it out for yourself.
Stand By Party Rock (DJs From Mars Bootleg Remix) - LMFAO vs. Ben E. King.
Back at school, time to grind. Two Glitch Mob related songs. First a sick Linkin Park remix they did of Waiting for the end. Then the Beats Antique Remix of We Swarm. If you haven't heard of Beats Antique before definitely check them out. So Dope. Hulkshare is being weird so all I have is mediafire for you. Hopefully they'll fix it soon
Sick vocal edit of Avicii's "Derezzed" remix. The file says that it's 320 but it sure doesn't sound like it. I'll look for a higher res one, in the meantime this is the full version. Cheers.
With August coming to an end, it's about that time for school to start again. Here are a few new songs for you to enjoy, something something something employ. Viva la Vida.
I Believe in Ft. Karmen (Third Party Remix) - Junior Sanchez
Heavy dubstep remix.
You Need Me, I Don't Need You (Gemini Remix) - Ed Sheeran
Got the final version of the Deadmau5 from the other day. Been around called a bunch of different things but the final name is Professional Griefers. As a bonus we got an extended version of Tiesto's Work Hard, Play Hard and Calvin Harris' Remix of Promises. Pretty solid day all around
Twins Basel, twins. The NERVO twins have been writing big hits for the likes of David Guetta, Kesha, and Kylie Minogue for years. Only now have they begun to focus on themselves. For their first big release the Aussie twins have partnered with Afrojack and Steve Aoki to create a truly awesome tune. They posted a preview for DL on their bandcamp, take a listen, I think you'll like it.
We're All No One (NERVO GOES TO PARIS REMIX TEASER) - NERVO
Two new David Guetta songs for you tonight. First there's a sick one with Chris Brown and Lil Wayne. It's pretty light and poppy. Will probably end up on the radio all semester. Then there's one with Sia. Not feeling the verses that much but I like the chorus at least.
Here are two tracks dropping at the end of August from some big names. I am especially excited for the new Chuckie track after hearing the whole thing at Lollapalooza. Be on the lookout for when these drop. Peacefrog.
This isn't new but as I was driving home today I heard the regular version on the radio and thought that there was bound to be a sick remix somewhere out there. I like Dark Intensity and this keeps with the trend of good remixes by him. Definitely a solid track for any DP that's about to happen.
Sorry we took such a long break but we'll make it up this week. A ton of stuff has been/will be coming out this week. We'll start off with some new Justice that came out this weekend down at Hard in LA. It's a sick track called Audio, Video, Disco and for being recorded on an iphone its really solid quality. If the picture doesn't tell you, the end of the video will explain how French these dudes are. Can't complain though because they make some hits.
Sorry for not posting these past few days. Both Saus and I have been at Lollapalooza throwin down in our fresh Straight Hits tanks. We'll make sure to get back to norm next week. Deadmau5 tonight. Strobe is gonna be CRAZY!
It's days like these when I'm not sure what to post. Both yesterday and today had some pretty weak releases, so I don't really know what to do. My thoughts are if it's not good I'm not gonna post it. So if nothing good drops I ain't postin anything. Considering it's day two of this electro drought I thought I would at least post some throwbacks to get us through the next few days.
One of my personal favorite trance songs. Armin kills it bringing in the guitar.
Zocalo (Original Mix) - Armin Van Buuren Feat. Gabriel & Dredsen
Seeing Gabriel & Dredsen featured in the above track reminded me of this SICK throwback. Has an awesome synth and some amazing vocals.
