Re:Generation
My buddy Saus Baus posted the song yesterday, but here's a little background about the track. The song was actually a collab between Skrillex and the Doors. A new film is coming out which chronicles a project where 5 Dj's worked with legends in different genres to create new music. The full preview from the site is above. I think this is a sick concept and hopefully the movie is as good as Skrillex's and the Doors tune.

Dos Mas
Here are two more songs that I've been meaning to post. Both are dubstep with a relatively chiller feel to them. Definitely worth a listen. As usual, Flux Pavilion does not disappoint.
Need You (Centra Remix)-Kore (ft. Zoe & Naomi)
Midnight Run (Flux Pavilion Remix)- Example
$krillex
Some new Skrillex (again). Dude's been dropping tracks at an insane rate recently. This is definitely my favorite in a while. With a nice Doors sample you can't go wrong.

Around in Circles
First I've got a great remix of Digitalism's new single "Circles" by Eric Prydz. The progressive house genius tones down the intensity a bit and the result is a beautiful trance sound-scape. Next I've got a tune from someone I've never heard of. His name is Bjornberg. Regardless, great house tune, I'm lovin the chord progression.

Fire and Ice
Kaskade's newest EP "Fire & Ice" dropped today, and here is my review. Conceptually it is something totally new. 10 songs per CD, one CD is "Fire", the other is "Ice". The 10 songs are the same on each CD, but remixed to fit the theme. The first CD "Fire" is what you'd expect from Kaskade. It has great club tunes like "Eyes" and "Turn It Down", as well as his collab with Skrillex, "Lick It". The new stuff that we haven't heard is just as good, particularity the trance-y "Room For Happiness".
Then we move on to "Ice".
It is hard to put the "Ice" CD into a particular genre. To summarize I would say most of it falls into minimal-chill electro. It sounds very experimental and some of it I found so-so. Don't get me wrong though, some of the "Ice" versions of the songs are just as good as the "Fire". "Turn It Down" is particularly interesting on the "Ice" CD, just to name one. Even if you don't like the "Ice" CD you're still left with 10 great house tunes that are well worth the full price. If anything we should thank Kaskade for experimenting and trying something new in the genre.
Rating: 7/10
If you feel differently about the album, sound off in the comment section.

Nadastrom
Bringing you some Moombahton for the weekend. These are what I think are the two best tracks from Nadastrom's new EP El Baile Diabluma. I!! is a great song with some Skrillexy vocals that take it away from standard Moombahton and is far and away the best on the EP but Say My Name is definitely a must listen as well. If you want to get the whole thing (for free) visit http://www.scionav.com/collection/847/Scion-A/V-Presents:-Nadastrom---El-Baile-Diabluma but for now enjoy this glimpse.

To help promote their Halloween 2011 tour, Swedish duo Cazzette dropped this filthy new hard-electro/dubstep track sampling "The Shining". If you're looking for some new tunes for a Halloween party, look no further.

Are You Ready?
Last year Nero dropped what I still believe is one of the best dubstep tracks ever. On my list it would definitely sit at number one. Steve Angello recently posted a new remix he did for the song "Me and You" on his soundcloud. The preview was full length so I decided to post the mp3 here. Icarus Effect
Madeon dropped a short preview of his new single "Icarus" on youtube a few days ago. The preview was way to short to post, so I decided to wait until the full version came out. Luckily we didn't really have to wait that long. Violet Green remixed the preview and turned it into a full 6 minute tune. Enjoy!

This is What I'm Thinking Of
Just all over the places with the songs in this post. First theres a chilled out bootleg of Wolfgang Gartners Space Junk. Next up, we have a song I found in a SoCo commercial. Having heard about SoCo Pepper I wanted to see what the hell it was and not only was the commercial informative, it had a sick beat in the background. Low and behold this is the song from it called Burn it Down. It could do without the Auto-tune lyrics but I'm liking the beat. Kind of reminds me of Timeflies. Finally, here's a major throwback remix of I Like to Move It. Hopefully at least one person will like it.

Cognitive Dissonance
Waiting around for our race this afternoon I've come up with two absolute fire tracks that are going to be a must play this weekend. First up is a remix of a track off Wolfgang Gartner's new EP Weekend in America. Never heard of '96 Bulls but their remix of Cognitive Dissonance is crazy good. As a extra, here's a Felix Cartal's Bootleg of I Wanna Go. This really takes the song to another level entirely.

Humpday Hits
A big post spanning many different genres to keep your week going. First up is a great Bare Noise Remix of an already fantastic song. Really dark and heavy with some great vocals.
I also haven't posted any Porter Robinson so here's a 3LAU mash-up to remind you how damn good he is. Adding some great vocals to an already amazing song is never a bad idea.
Finally another 3LAU mashup that reminded me of one of the best advertising videos ever:

Pregame
3 Kanye remixes just in time for tonights pregame. First up is Caligula's Niggas in Paris Remix. Definitely real heavy and its even made with real bits of Anchorman so you know it's good. To follow up is a Karetus remix of Monster. Real glitch-heavy but its such a dark song already that this definitely adds to it. Closing out is another All of the Lights remix. This time by Inside Out Boy. This is still one of my favorite songs so I'm always down for a remix of it. Especially one that brings some solid base and Bloody Beetroot synth slides to it. Enjoy the night

I've got two awesome progressive tunes for y'all today. First one is a chill tune from John Dahlback. After hearing remix after remix from this guy, it's nice to see a banging original track. A Day for Dubstep
Nothing like some heavy dubstep to break the monotony of mid week. First off here's another sick remix of Lights. Pretty much a staple for any dj to mix and this one comes pretty hard. Then we have a relative youngin named Clark Kent with a big track called Mastering Requiem. Loving the name and around 1:10 it gets pretty sick. Finally I have Snap Back Swag (Crizzly Remix). Standard jerking song but Crizzly replaces the annoying chorus with a sick drop. For sure an improvement. Enjoy

Come stai oggi?
Halfway there folks. Here are two amazing progressive house jams to get you through hump day. The first one sounds very Avicii-ish, in a very good way. The next track is another bootleg by Oli Geir. This guy has been tearing it up with his remixes, and this one is no different.
