Doomsday

Trying to make everyone happy today by bringing two entirely different songs. First up, we have Nero's new jam Doomsday. Basically everything you would expect, hella heavy with some great synth. I highly recommend. To follow up is Dmitri Vengelis and Wyman's remix of Coldplay's Scientist. Coldplay seems to be becoming a remix favorite even though I'm not a huge fan, I'm loving the remixes. Last year Nero dropped what I still believe is one of the best dubstep tracks ever. On my list it would definitely sit at number one. Steve Angello recently posted a new remix he did for the song "Me and You" on his soundcloud. The preview was full length so I decided to post the mp3 here. Got the final version of the Deadmau5 from the other day. Been around called a bunch of different things but the final name is Professional Griefers. As a bonus we got an extended version of Tiesto's Work Hard, Play Hard and Calvin Harris' Remix of Promises. Pretty solid day all around

A sick Nero remix of a new Calvin Harris song. Not as upbeat as the original but what do you expect. And is it just me or do the vocals kind of sound like B.O.B.? Like not exactly but if someone said it was him I'd believe them.

Rare Candy

Only a few times does a remix of a song ever truly out shine the original, this is one of them. The Skrillex, Nero remix of Promises puts the song on a whole new level.

Nero's Dubstep Symphony

Wow. Let me just preface by saying it always important in life to keep an open mind. When I first heard about what those crazy Brits did I was skeptical. But after listening, I am a believer. A few days ago the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra teamed up with Nero to present his "Symphony 2808" which he wrote specifically for the performance. They streamed the show live over the internet and on the radio and although I wasn't lucky enough to hear it live I do have an mp3 from the show. Yes, it is 20 minutes long. Deal with it. If you have an appreciation for music in general then you will enjoy this unlikely combination that creates a truly epic sound-scape. Listen to the whole thing, you'll be happy you did.
